Challenges, symptoms and problems themselves contain valuable insights.
It is important to listen to the symptom and honor its purpose.

WORKSHOPS:
Red Tent Qigong: Women's Mysteries - Open Classes January 24 & 31
Qigong is the ancient Chinese source of "life force" cultivation that underlies the effectiveness of everything from traditional Asian medicine to the martial arts.
Morning Medical Qigong Workshop - Sunday January 29, 1:30-4:30
Qigong is the root art of lifeforce cultivation. It is the root source of the strength within martial arts, and the inner power of the healing arts such as acupuncture.
The ten practices that form the Morning Medical set were chosen by SiFu Daniel Villasenor as a selection of the most powerful healing forms. He has harmoniously linked them with powerful transitions. They address all the organ systems of the body, and as such, comprise a complete practice.
Daniel has given me, and my husband Coby, permission to share this healing set in Portland.
Opening to Life Studios $ 20. Sunday January 29, 1:30-4:30
Morning Medical Mondays - Qigong beginning February 20th.
See description of Morning Medical above. This practice will also include other Qigong forms, which will vary from week to week. This is open to both men and women, and will be co-taught with my husband, Coby. He will also be offering Taiji on Wednesdays, at the same time.
Opening to Life Studios $ 10. Mondays 6:45-8:15
